Wine
Bream Creek Late Picked Schönburger is sourced from one of the first commercial plantings of the rare German Schönburger grape in the southern hemisphere.
The cool Tasmanian climate lengthens the variety's ripening period and preserves its delicate fruit aromas. The grapes are left on the vine until late into the growing season to allow the natural sugars to build up.
Minimal intervention prevails in the winery. The grapes are handpicked and whole bunch pressed for fermentation.
Straw yellow, Bream Creek Late Picked Schönburger is softly textured with rich yellow stone fruit flavours and a clean, refreshing finish. Cellaring potential is three years.
